Hi There, I'm Rachel !
As someone who struggled with my own grief journey, I have been there. When my son died life changed without my permission. I was suddenly a member of a club nobody wants to join...I was a bereaved parent.
In my struggles to navigate this new world, and in my search to find meaning and healing, I had to figure out how to live while grieving. My purpose and meaning has become to help those on a similar journey. It is an experience you don't get until you get it.
To fellow grievers, I see you. I see you and I get it.
You never "get over" a loss but you get further in the journey. I am still in the forest of grief, but I might be a little further than you. Let me help guide your way.
"There are some among us who live in rooms of experience we can never enter"-John Steinbeck
