There are conveniences offered by online counseling.  It can be done in the comfort of your own home or office.  It is time efficient with no travel time or getting stuck in traffic which makes it easier to fit into your schedule.  There can often be additional flexibility with session availability that may be outside of typical office hours including evenings and weekends.  This option can give you wider access to therapists that may not be within driving distance.  This can help you find someone that is a good fit for you.

Why Choose Online Counseling?

There are benefits to using cash pay services versus those covered by insurance.  When using insurance it is often difficult to find a therapist that is a good fit, and wait times can be extensive. Insurance does not cover all mental health concerns and limits the number of sessions.  There are some benefits and flexibility that comes with utilizing cash pay services over insurance.  However, this is a personal decision, and you know what is best for you.  I am an out of network provider however can provide you with a Superbill for possible reimbursement from your insurance.  The current rate is $150 per 50 minute online session for individuals and $175 for couples.  Sliding scale fees are available for those that qualify, based on income.  Please contact me to discuss.

Email, call or text to schedule a free 15 minute consultation to have your questions answered and determine if my services are a good fit for your needs.  If we decide to proceed after the consultation we will schedule a session that works with your schedule.  The intake paperwork will be emailed to you so it can be completed prior to your scheduled session time.  You can contact me with any questions throughout the process.
